For the following warmup, everyone will need:
- to change the view to "grid view" (in the video tool)
- 1x piece of paper
- 1x pen or pencil
Are you ready? Let's start!
1. (30sec) Take a look at 1x person next to you in grid view. Consider this person (silently) as your portrait model.
2. (1min) Take your pen and paper and sketch this person quickly. Try not to move your upper body - remember you will be a model to others)
3. (1min each) Sharing round: Everyone shows their artwork to the others by showing it to their camera. The others can guess: who is it? Continue sharing.
This warmup helps to train mindful observation and is creative in a fun and activating way.
